Ingredients
slices of bread
250 g minced meat (mixture 60/40%)
3 tbsp sour cream
200 g grated cheese (or Balkan Vitosha)
optional - pinch ground cumin

Method
To mince added first cream cheese and then finally cumin. With a fork smears mixture on the slices, as is roughened in length. Baked to readiness.

usually add egg to the meat for the princesses. Will try and cream.
