Ingredients
2 kg lamb
125 g butter
2 bunches spring onions
fresh mint
pepper, red pepper, salt, cumin, savory

Method
The meat is made of portions and natupva with spices . At the bottom of a large saucepan rank bottle (maybe small jars), pour water almost to cover the bottles. Ranks them on the meat, sprinkle with chopped onion and mint, put it the butter and cover with a lid. Make a slurry of flour and water and seal the lid to the side as you cook to choke. Boil for about 2 h.
