Salad steam garlic

Ingredients
2 bunches fresh garlic
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
vinegar
salt
Method
Garlic is cleaned well, washed and cut into pieces 3-4 cm in length. Pour boiling water to soften, and leave to cool. Drained of water and pour vinegar to cover (but not swimming in vinegar), then drain again, add salt and sprinkle with vegetable oil.

I love this salad. Can be prepared in large quantities and splashed with vinegar to refrigerate.
