Ingredients
750 g fish fillet
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
2 onions
1 clove garlic
1 bunch parsley
500 g tomatoes
200 g rice
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
1 tsp (5 g) salt
pinch of pepper
marjoram
thyme
Method
Rice is flooded with plenty of salted water. Chop onion and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Add crushed garlic, chopped parsley, chopped tomatoes (or diluted with water, tomato paste) and stew. Almost finished rice strain, well dried and mixed with tomatoes and wine. Season with salt, pepper and herbs. Raw fish fillet cut into cubes (2 x 2 cm), mix with rice and stew Dot 20 minutes.
