Fried fish with barbecue wine

Ingredients
500 g of fish
4 tbsp (40 ml) sunflower oil
6 tbsp ketchup
1/2 cup (100 ml) red wine
lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
pepper
salt
olives
Method
Fish add salt and fry on both sides in sunflower oil. Remove and leave in a warm place. In the remaining sunflower oil is added ketchup, wine, lemon juice, crushed garlic, pepper and vazvaryava. Arrange fish in a heated dish, pour sauce and garnish with olives.
