Ingredients
300 g salmon (two large pieces)
# For the filling:
2 boiled eggs
2 pickles
1 onion
3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
# breading:
1 / 2 cups flour
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg

Method
Salmon is cut into thin steaks. With nylon and rolling pin is rolled thin, taking care not to break. Remove the nylon and flavor. Eggs, pickles and onion finely and mix with mayonnaise. Insert the filling over the salmon and fold in four. Breaded in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry until golden. Serve with potato salad and vegetables.
