Ingredients
          3 peppers
          1 potato
          1 onion
          1/2 cup olive oil
          4 eggs
          200 g cheese
              Method
              Cut the vegetables into small cubes. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Pour the chopped vegetables, fry for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Add the beaten eggs. Fry until a golden brown, turn and fry the other side. Put in an appropriate dish and sprinkle with grated feta cheese.
