Sponge cake with cherries

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 cup flour
pinch of baking
3-4 tbsp cup sunflower oil
1 vanilla
250 g cherries (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp vinegar
Method
Eggs are broken with sugar. Add the oil, baking soda dissolved in a spoonful of vinegar, and pre-sifted flour. Put it in a pan previously greased and sprinkled with flour. Top rank fruit, drained and rolled in sugar. To become crusty optional can be sprinkled with granulated sugar. Bake at 180-200 S.

Very easy and quick recipe. I do it too, but superimpose delight or chopped walnuts. And also I have rules with sweet cherry. Is tasty. Try and you. I will personally try in this way, but since there is no longer fresh cherries will try with white grapes.

Thanks for the comment. I've done it with other fruits (apricots, peaches), but I liked your proposal and will definitely try!
