Ingredients
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup melted fat
1 cup In large pieces crushed walnuts
2 cup coarsely grated apples
2 cup flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp cinnamon
powdered sugar and vanilla

Method
All products are confused mixture well and pour into greased and floured pan. The cake is baked in a moderate oven. Once removed sprinkle with powdered sugar flavored with vanilla.
