Roasted mishmash

Ingredients
5-6 roasted, peeled peppers
1 onion
2 peeled tomatoes (maybe canned)
250 g yogurt
3 eggs
50-70 g processed cheese
100 g cheese
salt, white pepper (maybe universal spice)
sunflower oil

Method
Chop the tomatoes and sauté, add chopped peppers and spices. Allow to choke about 10 minutes. Pour into a ceramic or glass baking dish. Top distributed processed cheese, broken into small pieces. Eggs broken with yogurt, add the grated cheese and place in pan. Bake until browned.

Tonight it prepared. I just took it out of the oven - looks great. Hopefully tastes good roast!
