Healthy vegetable sponge cake

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup kefir
60 ml sunflower oil
1 cup wholemeal
1 cup white flour
10 g baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano (savory)
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup chopped leek
1/3 cup chopped roasted red pepper
1 cup grated and drained zucchini
6-7 chopped olives
1/3 cup oatmeal

Method
Eggs are broken down with the salt. Add buttermilk and the oil. In another bowl mix the dry ingredients and add to the egg mixture. Confused well and add the courgettes, peppers, onions, the feta cheese, olives and oregano. In a buttered and dusted with flour cakes shaped pour the mixture and smoothed with a spoon. Bake at 200 ° C about 30-35 minutes, checking for readiness with toggle. Consumed chilled, with kefir.

must be done, just put a little more buttermilk - cellulose in wholemeal flour takes more moisture than white flour.
