Tutmanik with salo

Ingredients
300 g dough
150 g salo
2 eggs
2 tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp chopped parsley
pepper, salt

Method
The dough is rolled out two squares and one put in oiled square baking dish, as the edges are raised up. Pour a salo, cut into pieces, crushed garlic and pour the beaten with salt, pepper and parsley eggs. Top to scatter chopped tomatoes, put it second square of dough, cut into squares and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
