Salad with eggplant and yogurt

Ingredients
300 g roasted eggplant
1 kg yoghurt
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp basil
salt, pepper
Method
Eggplant cut into small pieces. Everything is mixed, if it is too thick may be diluted with plain yogurt. Allow to stand overnight in the refrigerator.

I do make a roasted eggplant, mayonnaise and crushed garlic. Killer is! Love her very much.

I only both variants like them, but with yogurt / or strained / not so calorie :) But to be honest with mayonnaise is delicious :) But it's a matter of taste. More importantly, delicious :)

leave for caloric this is the original Turkish recipe and tastes differently just because of basil and must stay required one day before consumption and mayonnaise no dispute, but are very different in taste!

Instead of eggplant can be used roasted peppers (preferably red). It is also very tasty ... And if you do not like eggplant ...
