Chicken with rice and frozen vegetables

Ingredients
500 g rice
1 kg frozen vegetables
300 g mushrooms
4 tbsp butter or margarine
6 tbsp sunflower oil
1 large chicken (about 1.7 kg) or 2 chikens
2 cubes chicken bouillon
salt
Method
The chicken is boiled, boned and the meat is cut into pieces if grill only boned and cut. Rice is boiled in chicken broth with salt and sunflower oil. When finished, rinse with cold water. Mushrooms are cut into pieces and fry in the butter and the oil. After 5 min, vegetables and rice. Fry is nice, about 15 minutes (if necessary add a little more butter). Add the meat and fried for another 10 minutes.
