Ingredients
1.5 kg carp fish
150 g rice
100 g raisins
100 g walnuts
800 g potatoes
200 ml white wine
400 ml fish broth or water
salt, pepper
4-5 stalks of celery (chopped)
7-8 sraka leek

Method
Leek cut into small pieces, add the raisins, the walnuts, rice, salt, pepper. In clay casseroles bottom allocate washed and cut into crescents potatoes. Well salted inside and outside carp is filled with a mixture of leeks and sutured. On potatoes distributes the remaining stuffing, watered with white wine, sprinkle with celery and above are entitled carp. Cover dish and bake at 220 C 40-50 minutes.
