Ingredients
          1 zucchini
          1 carrot
          1 onion
          1 green pepper
          salt, ground black pepper
          2-3 tbsp soy sauce (Uni sauce)
          2-3 tbsp olive oil

          Method
              Zucchini, carrot and pepper Wash and cut into strips, and onions - into crescents. Mix and seasoned with salt, pepper, soy sauce and olive oil. Confusing well and pour into a baking dish, bake on 180C for about an hour.   Can be used as a side dish or salad - served on lettuce leaves with pasta or spaghetti.

Another great suggestion Maggie! I stick to healthy cuisine (never Frizzle Fry or), so I liked the recipe. I am convinced that the taste of roasted vegetables is the same, and fried in a wok, even better. Bravo Maggie! When you manage to cook so many different dishes? Congratulations !!!
