Ingredients
250 g spaghetti
200 g sausage
350 g cheese
200 ml sauce Bolognese
200 g marinated mushrooms
100 g sour cream
colored salt

Method
Cooked and drained spaghetti is divided into two . One half is placed in a tray and pour the entire Bolognese sauce, sprinkle with half the chopped sausage, mushrooms and half of the grated cheese. Insert the top half spaghetti and smeared with sour cream, sprinkle the rest of the sausage, mushrooms and top evenly added other half cheese. Sprinkle with salt lean. Bake in preheated moderate oven until browning of cheese.
