Sponge cake Sultanka

Ingredients
8 eggs
220 g of powdered sugar
100 g chopped walnuts
figs 100 g
360 g flour
rind of 1 lemon
1-2 tsp Step pineapple or other exotic fruit or other soluble napita powder

Method
Eggs are broken down with sugar and degree to graying. Add the walnuts, grated lemon rind and flour. All stir well and pour into a large cake form, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour, put the figs, pressing gently into the mixture. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven. Optional sprinkle with powdered sugar. figs fresh, dried or sweet.
