Thick potato soup with Vienna sausages

Ingredients
8 wieners, smoked skinless sausages or plain skinless sausages
750 g potatoes
1.5 l beef broth
30 g fat
1 onion
2 large carrots
1/2 head celery
salt, pepper
parsley

Method
Wash and chop the carrots and onion. Cut the celery into small cubes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Stew in hot fat onion, carrots and celery, then add the potato cubes. Season with salt, pepper and parsley, pour broth. We leave it to boil for 30 to 45 minutes Shortly before becoming ready dish add chopped sausage.

Hmm, interesting - I have Turkish beef sausage ... I think that will get fantastic!

I think you'll like it. Is certainly something different from the standard potato soup :) Good appetite!

I adjusted it at our products. Use the handle and leaves of celery, bouillon cube of beef ribs and ham sausage.
