Method
The feta cheese is diluted with lukewarm water slurry. Add the eggs and the oil. Pour the flour and knead the dough firmly. Roll out a thin crust and cut the strips 3x10 cm. Fry over high heat in a very fat until puffed and are golden. Finished strips can sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
