Home ketchup - II type

Ingredients
4 kg tomatoes
6 onions
3-4 apples
5-6 cloves garlic
3 branches celery
2 tsp pepper
2-3 grains cloves
200 ml vinegar
500 g sugar
mint, parsley
300 g salt
Method
All products are ground. Was added and the spices. Vinegar and sugar are put to boil and melt the sugar is added to the remaining mixture. The whole was stirred to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Pour into bottles and sterilized for 10-15 minutes.
