3 eggs

Method
Tomatoes grated. Add milk, eggs, salt and pepper and the flour so as to obtain a dough, a slightly thick from the pancake. Omelet fry in a pan on both sides. Sprinkle with parsley and rolled. Finally sprinkle with grated feta cheese.
