Mushroom sauce with garlic

Ingredients
200 g sterilized mushrooms
4 tbsp flour
1 vegetable bouillon cube or 1 tbsp universal spice
3-4 cloves garlic
2-3 sprigs of dill, parsley
6 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Heat the oil, until it begins to crackle and to it add broth and spices. Stir good and pour the flour. Stir until it is fried. Pour 600 ml cold water, stir and boil until thickened. Add the mushrooms, chopped and after taking off from the fire, put the chopped garlic and spices.

It seems easy to do. Flour bake you in advance, or remains white?

I do not bake. Even baked guess that it will still be delicious.

Very pleasant sauce. I used margarine and 1/2 cube mushroom broth. Thank you :)
