2 eggs
zucchini
olive oil (sunflower oil) spreads tray
1 tbsp dried basil
pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup wholemeal flour (or corn)
1/2 cup flour

Method
Mix the dry ingredients. Eggs are broken. Courgettes cut into rings (coins) and immersed first in the dry mixture, then in egg and rank in the littered with oiled paper tray. Bake until golden brown.
