Side dish of roasted vegetables

Ingredients
400 g of vegetable mixture of carrots, peas, peppers and corn
200 g beans
2-3 onions
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
salt

Method
In a saucepan boiled mature beans, and another - the vegetable mix. Transfer to a tray and add them coarsely chopped onion. Sprinkle with the oil and mix well. Bake in preheated oven for about 5-10 minutes until tender little onion. Garnish is to any meats - grilled, fried, BBQ, and why not to fish.
