Sulka with vegetables popish

Ingredients
1 large fish Sulka (1.5-2 kg)
2 onions
2-3 carrots
400 g marinated mushrooms
2 lemons
100 ml olive oil
salt, ground black pepper, lovage , rosemary and others. of your choice
1 cup white wine or beer

Method
Fish is cleaned of scales well without flayed skin. Boned be from the spine - is removed with a sharp knife spine, then dissolved in two halves. Fish flavor - sprinkle with salt first, then squeezed a lemon and sprinkle with the remaining spices. Leave to rest for about 30 minutes. Cut the onions and carrots in a thick circles and they are spread out across the tray and pour the mushrooms, lightly sprinkle with salt, maybe with other spices. Subject under Sulka few lemon slices and spread over vegetables with skin up. Pour into the pan a glass of white wine or water. Fish are watered with olive oil. The oven was heated to 150 C and baked for 30-40 minutes. No need to be closed with foil - skin is thick and prevents burnout. * Sulka is prey dam or river fish with white meat. I suppose that this recipe could successfully be replaced with similar fish - ie is white and not very fatty meat and more golemichka (over 1.5 kg).

Sulka is prey dam or river fish with white meat. I suppose that this recipe could successfully be replaced with similar fish - ie is white and not very fatty meat and more golemichka (over 1, 5 kg. ).
