Ingredients
400 g of tomato paste
800 ml water
70 g chili type briar
100 ml sunflower oil
20 ml vinegar
20 g salt
1 clove garlic
60 g sugar
1 bunch parsley
Method
Stir the tomato paste with water and the oil until a smooth mass. Parch chushletata stove, wash them and put in the mixture. Finally, put the chopped parsley. * This recipe is an old national dish, typical of the Bulgarian table of Pleven region. * It is very spicy. * It may be sterilized jars for the winter.
