Potato dumplings

Ingredients
# For the dough:
1 kg potatoes
2 eggs
salt
flour
# For the filling:
250 g minced meat
1 onion
50 ml sunflower oil
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
Salt
# For garnish:
60 g butter
100 g feta cheese (cheese)
Method
Potatoes are boiled to stand in salted water. Grate on a grater. Chop the onion finely and fry in the oil. Add bread crumbs and fry until golden. Add the minced meat, salt and pepper and stew until ready. To potatoes add salt and pepper, two eggs and flour as necessary. Knead dough. Divide into 17-20 buns, which are rolled in circles, and they put the minced meat. The ends are pressed. Is placed in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Remove carefully. Flooded with melted butter (maybe sunflower oil). Sprinkle with feta cheese (cheese).
