Brownie Pudding

Ingredients
115 g butter + extra for greasing pan
115 g cocoa powder
65 g flour
4 large eggs at room temperature
400 g sugar
vanilla seeds or powder
1 tbsp liqueur of your choice

Method
Melting the butter and leave to cool. Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer for 5-10 minutes at high speed. Add seeds and vanilla liqueur. Reduce the speed of the mixer. Sift the flour and cocoa. Add to eggs. Gradually added and melted butter. In tray - 20x30 cm - thoroughly greased with butter, pour the dough. Bake in a water bath 1 hour at 170 C. Garnish with ice cream.
