Chicken Fricassee with milk

Ingredients
1 chicken
1 and 1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp flour
pepper, salt
lemon juice
50 g butter
1/2 bunch parsley

Method
Cut chicken into portions and boil. Fry in the butter flour, pour the milk and add the chicken broth until a slurry. As the mixture boil release meat, put the pepper, lemon juice and salt. As thickens put chopped parsley and serve warm.

For the first time prepared fricassee in this recipe, it was incredibly delicious, I myself do not like fricassee, but this I could not resist.
