Stew of baby potatoes

Ingredients
50-70 ml sunflower oil
3 onions
1-2 carrots
1 head of garlic
1 tsp paprika
1 cube vegetable broth
5-6 tomatoes or 1/2 jar ( 400 g) canned tomatoes
1-1.5 kg baby potatoes
salt
mint, parsley
1-2 tbsp of flour to thicken (optional)

Method
Fry the onion, garlic and carrots in the fat. Add red pepper and 2-3 Muni add hot water with dissolved in it vegetable broth. Add the potatoes and leave to cook on a slow fire. After almost-cooked, add the tomatoes and leave to dosvari with them. Flavoring with spices.
