Potatoes with leeks

Submitted by enr on 30 Nov 2011
Ingredients
1 stalk leek
1 onion
1.5 kg potatoes
1 tbsp vegetable seasoning
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp savory
1/3 cup sunflower oil
Method
Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes. Leeks and onions are finely chopped and sauté in a large saucepan 10 minutes away in the oil and a little water. Add spices and chopped potatoes, mix, the stove is reduced and left another 10-something minutes to stew. If necessary, add a little water. Potatoes should not remain dry. Then the dish is transferred to the pan and bake 30-40 minutes in a moderate oven.
