Chicken with cheese sauce

Ingredients
Chicken
400 g cheese
1 cup white wine
nutmeg, black pepper, salt
sunflower oil
Method
Fry the meat until browned and add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Subtract the meat in the pan, add the oil in which we fried meat and a little water and cook until ready meat. We sauce in skillet send down white wine to heat and add the grated cheese already. Stirring until it becomes liquid and smooth sauce with roasted meat sent down. Bake for about another 20 minutes.

In hot white wine is added the grated cheese and stir until cheese is completely melted to become liquid sauce
