Vanilla cake with apples

Ingredients
# For the base:
125 g soft butter
70 g of powdered sugar
1 egg
1 vanilla
100 g finely ground walnuts (almonds)
150 g flour
# For the vanilla cream:
1 vanilla cream powder (about 400 ml liquid)
400 ml milk
# For decoration:
2-3 apples
3-4 tbsp apricot jam

Method
Mix the butter with the sugar and vanilla. Add the egg and the walnuts. With the flour is kneaded soft dough, add gradually. Spread in a baking dish size 22 cm, which previously covered with baking paper. Cake form is put in the refrigerator until ready cream and cut up apples. SiMa_, the dough is spread only on the bottom of the mold. I have not had sex with homemade custard, but I guess it will get (see the source that I have suggested in the recipe - Yoli has done with homemade cream). Glazing means just that - covered warm jam (only on apples).

This cake became very tasty and juicy.
