Method
Knead your mince meatballs for your taste and refrigerate. During this time cook cous-Kusa in salted water, cool it with cold water in a colander and let drain nice. To cous-Kusa add raw egg, chopped boiled eggs and cucumber, parsley and cream. Stir to get a nice mixture. Greased and sprinkle with breadcrumbs deep cake form (if using silicone - no need pan). Take 1/3 of mince and then spread to the bottom, her nice seal. The bulk after 1/3 of cous-Kusa and spread evenly, then spread the remaining mince and finish with the rest of couscous. Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 45-50 minutes (again depends on your oven). I put foil on top of the form the first 20 minutes because the stove is an old Rahovets and low resistors and a danger to burn the cake top and bottom remain raw. Once the cake is baked and cooled down turn it into a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese and bake another 5 minutes far - to porazstopi cheese. Garnish to your liking and according to season.

Mariyanka very interesting idea! I watched the first pictures and I was wondering what this glaze :) There is plenty of room for improvisation, I like it!

Jump to favorites, I loved it.

Rally is the icing cheese .. but here in BG it is not known how by buying cheese will be melted .. everyone is different .. cause they shoddy cheese .. and the idea came to me like that .. so far has I made cake in December with boiled potatoes or some other filling .. cous cous and this winding me in the kitchen of the amount of time and you just move it back and forth and throw up so I said I would try to see what happens .. has become really tasty .. and as you say Rally much can improvise with cous Kusa and a glaze ..
