1 kg zucchini
dill
100 g feta cheese
200 g drained yogurt
garlic
olive oil

Method
Courgettes cut lengthwise (slices), add salt and leave to poiztsedyat. Spread the slices with olive oil and bake BBQ or grill pan. In a bowl mix the feta cheese, milk, chopped dill and crushed garlic. Once cool courgettes on the end of each slice was placed on the mixture, and is wound on the roll, such as secured with a toothpick.
