Sauerkraut with rice in the oven

Ingredients
1/2 sour cabbage
150 g sunflower oil
1 onion
1 tsp paprika
1 cup Rice
2-3 dried red peppers
salt
pepper

Method
Finely chopped green onion and fry until soft in the heated sunflower oil. Sprinkle with paprika and 1/2 cup hot water, pour in the pan. The dish is baked in a moderate oven. When the cabbage is almost ready, add the rice and pepper, pour 2 cups hot water and dopicha. Sprinkle with pepper.

have prepared him for Christmas, but I put the bulgur. Became great taste.

I love! This is our dinner, but I smother finely chopped onion with rice. Apart braise onions, garlic, grated carrots, red pepper, celery, bay leaf and a little sugar. Add sauerkraut stir up, put the rice and pour broth. Leave little to stifle and transfer to a baking dish by adding crushed, chili.

I always prepare sauerkraut oven, it is great.

Traditional recipes are always nice, and so are kept in the kitchen of the Bulgarians.

I tested this recipe before 3d. and since then the only way you prepare lean sauerkraut and always present at our Christmas table. Dry red peppers impart great flavor.
