Method
In deep pan heat a spoon olive oil and fry the meat, cut into chunks, until golden. When ready, pour into another container. In the remaining oil fry the chopped onion, pressed garlic and ginger until soft. Add lemon juice, spices, tomato paste, condensed milk. Boil over low heat about 10 minutes. Add chicken and boil over low heat for another 15 minutes until the sauce thickens. Pulls from heat and after about 5-10 minutes add the yogurt, the butter and almonds. * Serve with Индийски Naan flat bread or cooked rice. I steamed broccoli and add to the dish. * Instead of yoghurt and condensed milk I used sour cream or cooking. The taste remains the same.

Sounds interesting. What is garam masala?

Indian mixed spice, very typical and popular. Spices used for the mixture are not well defined - black and white pepper, cumin, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, chilli, coriander, garlic, ginger and so on.. Depends on the manufacturer, but the flavor will be similar.

xevi explained very well. There are different types of garam masala, but these are the main ingredients. I use ready spice butter chicken that is sold in our stores and out of curiosity I looked content. Unless listed xevi of spices in the contents of my box found turmeric and something like anise (star anised). Interestingly, although this dish is one of the most popular in Indian cuisine, it is done for the first time in England by Indian chefs specifically to meet the tastes :) It is worth to try!
