Summer tomato soup

Ingredients
1 kg tomatoes
4 peppers
2 cloves garlic
100 ml water
2 tbsp flour
parsley
salt
oil
2 eggs

Method
Peeled tomatoes, peppers and garlic Strain. The mixture is put in a saucepan with 100 ml water and 2 tbsp flour (fuzzy with little water) on low heat until thickened, seasoned with olive oil and salt. Allow to cool. The soup is served cold with parsley, finely chopped eggs and cut into discs. * The amount is for four servings. * You optional add vinegar, apple.
