First prepare the filling: grated apples, mixed with sugar and sauté a few minutes. Add cinnamon, stir and leave to cool. Dough: flour is made well, which put salt, sugar, cream, honey, yeast and the chopped butter. Warm milk and 150 ml water and a trickle pour in the flour. Involved smooth dough, if necessary, add more flour. Dough leave in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour. Once the dough has doubled in volume, mixed gently and separated into 16 equal balls. Each ball is stretched slightly to not very thin pita. In each pita put about 1 tsp of filling and retreated into a ball. Prevent stuffing to remain in the middle, not to break balls in baking. In tray placed 16 paper muffin trays. Each cutter is placed on the 1 ball. In the middle of each ball with your finger gently indentation. The resulting apples were left for about 30 minutes. Spread beaten egg (only the top part can be seen from tray). In the middle of each apple slice pretzel pins (to handle). Bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated 180 C oven.

Mmm, delicious rose. I put a little delight of some *apples*. Inadvertently missed honey in the dough, but I put a flavor to the stuffing.
