Ingredients
          1 chicken
          1 onion
          2-3 cloves garlic
          1 tbsp flour
          1/2 cup butter
          1 cup white wine
          2 tomatoes
          1 tbsp cognac
          mushrooms
              Method
              Clean and wash the chicken first. Dry it with a towel, cut it into portions and fry until prichervyavane everywhere.Add 1 head finely chopped onion, 2-3 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon flour mixed into 1 cup water and 1/2 cup butter. When meat is tender, add 1 cup white wine 2 peeled and grated tomatoes and 1 tbsp brandy. Cook chicken on low heat for 4-5 minutes.     * Serve with cooked mushrooms.
