Stuffed zucchini with popcorn cottage cheese in the oven

Ingredients
4 zucchini
300-400 g popcorn cottage cheese
150 g processed cheese
50 g crushed cow feta cheese
10 leaves fresh spinach
1 bunch spring onions
oregano, fennel, turmeric, paprika, black pepper, salt
olive oil

Method
Wash the courgettes and slicing them in half, then cut the inside of them. Put them in a preheated oven to bake for about 20 minutes with a little water and olive oil. During this time steam with 3-4 tbsp olive oil onion, spinach and courgettes inside for about 15 minutes. After removing from the heat of the mixture add the cottage cheese, the feta cheese and spices to taste. If the feta cheese is savory, can not add salt. With the finished filling fill courgettes and then adding another 3-4 tbsp olive oil, put back in the oven to constipation for about 20 minutes. About 5 minutes before removing them put processed cheese on top. Serve warm or cold.

I have prepared them for lunch were very tasty. Do not put spinach, but added 50g blue cheese and a little grated cheese. Dill swapped with parsley, because now you have to avoid. We are not big fans of refilling zucchini, but those we like. Thanks for shared recipe!
