Cooked peppers and tomatoes with minced meat

Ingredients
750 g minced meat
100-150 g rice
1 carrot
1 small onion
8-9 peppers
5-6 tomatoes
1 bunch parsley
garlic powder, cumin, pepper, paprika, spice mince

Method
Slice the onion, peeled and grated carrots. Fry them in a little oil (if you have garlic in hand, here is the time to chop finely and zaparzhite, and I had no further used garlic powder). Carve tomatoes, cut inside them. Less then add to the onions and carrots. Cook until water evaporates from the tomatoes. Add the minced meat, cook 5-10 minutes and add the rice - cleaned and washed. Leave so to doizpari any water there. Remove from the fire and seasoning to taste with the above spices. Clean the seeds from the peppers and tomatoes with them stuffed with minced meat. Arrange everything in the pot, pour hot water enough to cover everything. Cover plate peppers c u then sandwiching the pan with a lid and cook until ready. Optional can be served with the sauce by cooking or yogurt. * The quantity of products may change. In this case I had to cook for plenty of people, and therefore the relevant amount.

I do not Fry anything. All products knead raw. stuffed peppers and put the stove in the manner described.
