Sirenki with savory

Ingredients
500 g flour
200-250 ml milk
20 g fresh yeast
1 egg white
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground savory
30 g butter or 2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
200 g white feta cheese
30 g melted butter or sunflower oil
yolk spreads

Method
Milk warms and it is dissolved yeast with the addition of coffee spoon of sugar. After the effervescent mixture is then poured into the well * * of sifted flour, add the melted butter (sunflower oil), salt, savory, egg white. Knead dough, which is left in a warm place to rise. When increased 2 times its volume is broken into 8 pieces that are shaped like balls and roll each round, smeared with butter / sunflower oil, sprinkle with grated or mashed with a fork feta cheese, folded in two, smeared again with butter / sunflower oil, again folded. So shaped sirenki lining in tray littered with cooking paper, leave for some time again to rise, then bake middle BBQ, 200C until golden tan.
