Fish mini-sponge cakecheta

Ingredients
300 g fillet of zander
5-6 potatoes
3-4 sprigs of dill
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 lemon
breadcrumbs, flour, a pinch of garlic powder for rolling
sunflower oil for frying
# For the sauce:
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp thick yoghurt
7-8 olives
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
salt

Method
The potatoes are peeled, cut in small pieces and boiled in salted water for 20 minutes. Fish add salt, bay with plenty of lemon juice and boil steam for 10 minutes. In bowl, mash the potatoes and chopped fish. Grate the rind is 1/2 lemon, add mayonnaise, dill, salt and gently stir with a fork. Formed into small cakes, rolled in a mixture of bread crumbs, a little flour and garlic and fry on all sides to pinking. Serve sauce over prepared as follows - mix mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, olive oil and chopped olives and garlic. Season with dill, salt and serve.

I have not rules Manny yet, but I think it must be cold.
