200 g sheep brined feta cheese (feta)
20-30 ml olive oil
1/2 tsp oregano
3-4 tbsp parsley
optional: roasted dry chili pepper, crushed

Potatoes are cooked, peel and smash with the press. Leave to cool. Add crumbled feta cheese, olive oil and spices. Optional can add more olive oil, then Appetizer becomes like paste.
