Apple pancakes - II type

500 g flour
500 ml milk
500 ml carbonated water
4 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
10 g baking powder
4 large apples
sunflower oil or butter for frying
lemon juice apples

Mix flour with baking powder and sieved. In a bowl mix the milk with the eggs, sugar and salt. Make sparkling water and stir well. Pour the flour little by little, stirring constantly with a wire or mixer on low. The dough was allowed to stand and swell for at least 15 minutes. During this time, Peel apples and cut into thin slices. Place in a bowl of lightly salted water or water with lemon juice to not darken. In a pan heat 1 tbsp sunflower oil (or butter). Vesi, and I do often apple pancakes, but this dough is so far the best I've tried! This recipe will remain *ours* - simply unequaled. Desi - I guarantee you 100% that you will not regret if you do:-) Apples can be cut and small cubes, and put directly into the dough. So turn easier, but as pour the dough in the pan, all the pieces are in one place and still have a hand to evenly distribute. If you remain dough, calm lasts about 12 hours in the refrigerator.

I want to share that make pancakes without apples. Replace soda with natural and prepare them as described in the recipe. Are fantastic. Yesterday swapped half of the flour with whole wheat - although this or because of that we did even more delicious :)

I did a half dose to try them at home and were very nice changed some work, but not essential only planed and apples with 1 k. l I put cinnamon in the dough. Delicious and fragrant! :)

:) Annie, you sweet! This is one of the most established home recipes, making it regularly and always a complete success! Now we were on vacation need to buy a nice pan because my son three days in a row just wanted those pancakes and the villa had no decent pan. As they did, and I gave the people of the neighboring house, they were Dutch, and were ecstatic (pancakes are one of the most traditional foods in the Netherlands, but wherever ordered, there were not anything special). These pancakes liked them much more and all records recipe. Incidentally, I did them without apples. :)
