Method
Are selected ripe, even overripe, but healthy apricots. Wash and remove pits. Grind with machine for fruit, meat grinder with a device for removing the shell or Strain mixer. The resulting fruit pulp was diluted with sugar syrup to the desired concentration. Pour into bottles which are sealed and sterilized 20 minutes of boiling water.
