Autumn cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup wheat semolina
400 g yogurt
2 cup sugar
2 apples
2 pears
1/3 cup ground walnuts
10 g baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 vanilla

Method
Mix milk and baking powder, add 1 1/2 cups sugar, semolina and flour and mix everything well. Apples and pears are grated (can be cut and diced) and mix with the walnuts, cinnamon, vanilla and remaining 1/2 cup sugar. In a buttered and floured pan pour half of the dough on top and distributes the mixture of apples and pears. Cover with the other half of the dough and bake in a moderate oven for about 35 minutes. Can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
