Baked apples with liqueur

Ingredients
2 eggs
150 g sugar
250 ml white wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp starch
4 apples
20 g butter
butter for greasing the pan
1 base of Sponge dough
2 tbsp liqueur
Method
Eggs, 100 g sugar, wine and lemon juice mixed with starch. Thus prepared mixture boil on low heat. Get out of the heat and allow it to cool, stirring continuously. The base was cut into four pieces and soaked in liqueur. Apples are washed and carve seeds. Each apple put 2 tsp sugar and a little butter. Bake in greased with butter baking dish in a preheated oven. Apples are served on Sponge sofas and pour the sauce.
